The Startup Area at WindEnergy Asia-Pacific is the dedicated innovation hub for emerging companies shaping the future of the wind energy industry. Located in the Expo Area, it offers visitors a focused overview of new technologies, digital solutions, and business models developed by young and innovative start-ups from across the global wind energy ecosystem, with a strong regional focus on Asia-Pacific.
The Startup Area brings together early-stage companies working along the entire wind energy value chain. From offshore and onshore wind technologies to digitalization, system integration, operational optimization, grid infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions, the area showcases practical approaches to current and future industry challenges.
The area is designed to actively foster interaction between established industry players and startups, supporting knowledge exchange, technology transfer and new partnerships. Project developers, energy companies, investors, technology providers and policy representatives can connect directly with innovators who are driving progress through fresh ideas and agile business models.

Participation requirements:
- Less than 50 employees
- Annual turnover or annual balance sheet total not exceeding 10 million euros
- Company less than 5 years old
